Cost
All new clients receive a free consultation and a complimentary personal training session, so you can try before you buy, with nothing to lose. Following discussion about your goals and habits, Richard will instruct you through a mini session. The output is an assessment and a tailored plan. There's no obligation to Rich, only to yourself - you choose how to proceed.
Obviously workouts get more effective as you repeat them and cheaper per session when you sign up for more at once.

All sessions are 60 minutes in length and available between 5am – 9pm. 7 days per week.
Location = simply your choice.
* The Get-fit-fast programme requires clients to undertake at least 3 sessions per week. Due to unforeseen or special client circumstances, on no more than two occasions during the programme may this be reduced to a minimum two sessions per week, with the missed sessions being undertaken within the overall 6 week time frame.
